Dripline - Sell anything with just a text

1. Acceptance

By texting, using, or accessing Dripline ("Service") you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. The Service

Dripline lets sellers generate checkout links by sending SMS/MMS messages. Dripline is not the buyer or seller of any item—transactions are between users. We provide payment processing via Stripe, receipt generation, and messaging automation.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract. You are responsible for compliance with all laws in your jurisdiction.

4. Accounts & Identity

Your phone number is your identity. Keep it secure. You are responsible for all activity from your number.

5. Prohibited Content

No fraud, hate, harassment, obscene images, regulated goods (firearms, illicit drugs), or any content prohibited by CTIA, carrier, or Stripe rules.

6. Fees

Dripline charges a 5% platform fee per successful sale plus payment-processor fees (currently 2.9% + 30¢ via Stripe). Fees are deducted automatically.

7. Payouts & Chargebacks

Payouts are issued through Stripe to the account you connect. You are liable for chargebacks, disputes, and refunds.

8. SMS/MMS Usage

Carrier rates may apply. Opt out anytime by texting STOP. Help: text HELP. See Privacy Policy for data handling.

9. Intellectual Property

Dripline retains all rights to its trademarks, software, and content. You grant us a limited license to display your listing content for the purpose of operating the Service.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate the Service or your access at any time for any reason, including policy violations.

11. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

Service is provided "as-is." We disclaim all warranties. Dripline will not be liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability will not exceed the greater of (i) $100 or (ii) the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

12. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by California law. All disputes will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in San Francisco County, CA.

13. Changes

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
